I’m an online health & fitness coach who built her confidence from the gym floor up… after a messy breakup, an identity crisis (or 2), and about 47 phases of “I’ll start again Monday.”
So trust me when I say - I get it.

“Couldn’t be happier with Kim as my coach. As a busy mum it can really overwhelming trying to put yourself first and I’ve sometimes wondered if having a coach would make me feel worse about not always being able to give 100 %, but Kim just gets it. She gets life happens and literally goes above and beyond to make sure you’re getting everything you need and if there’s anything she can do more to help.
