Empowering women to cut through the noise & feel like their best self
I help normal women, often with busy lives, families, careers and responsibilities, to become a version of themselves that they’ve either lost along the way, or in some cases have always wanted to be.
Coaching isn’t a dictatorship - as a coach and having had many a coach myself over the years, I understand how important it is that you don’t just achieve the change you’re aiming for, but also know how to keep it - forever. And that comes through collaboration, and your coach explaining not only what we need to do to get you from A to B, but also why.
Using evidence-based practise, not just trending new “methods”, and helping you learn about your body, nutrition and create a whole new mindset around what it means to take care of yourself, I help women develop the tools to get stronger, fitter, healthier and more self-assured than they’ve ever been.
I don’t coach body builders - so my team don’t live like body builders either. We’re a community of women who want more from life than picking ourselves apart in the mirror, floating round the cardio section at the gym or doom-scrolling instagram comparing ourselves to other women who seem to be in shape that we could never imagine for ourselves.
Time with family and friends, and actually living a full life is just as important as being in a body you feel sexy, confident and proud of. So a lot of our work together will be around how to feel no guilt around social occasions, whilst also learning true balance and being able to get into, and stay in, shape that reflects you being the best version of you.
Frequently Asked Questions

Once you’ve applied, we’ve spoken and if you’ll be a good fit for the team, I’ll get to know you - your goals, your lifestyle, and what you can realistically stick to - then write a programme that fits around your life, not the other way round.
Because let’s be honest… most people cock it up by trying to squeeze their entire life into some ridiculous, rigid routine, and then wonder why they end up hating it. We don’t do that here.
You’ll have weekly check-ins which you’ll submit through the Kinda Healthy app, and I’ll send over feedback in video format the same day, with any changes. Plus a monthly catch-up call so we can keep you moving in the right direction without the faff (and tbh I just love a catch-up with my gals).
Any questions? Fill in the application and I’ll talk you through the whole thing.

You’ll get to know I’m no technology wizard - I love coaching, training and eating but chuffing hate computers. So to make things as seamless as possible for both of us, your plan will be delivered via the Kinda Healthy App. It’s bloody amazing (if I do say so myself), allows you to track your food, I can set you a meal framework bespoke to you, your training program will be in there where you can track your lifts and training, cardio and anything else you can think of.
Along with video tutorials of everyyy exercise, and there’s a content library full of videos of me rambling about everything you need to know around nutrition, training and lifestyle.
You’ll submit your check ins via the app and you’ll be able to track your progress there too. Honestly it’s bloody ace.
No google sheets, no PDFs and definitely no AI generated training program copy and pasted via Whatsapp.

Aside from the weekly check-ins, which I send detailed video feedback on each week, I send out a link to book a 1-1 catch up call each month so we can have a good natter.
Between those times though, you’ll have my work number so anytime you have any questions, wins, or grumbles, you can catch me on there.
I won’t say it’s 24/7 cos your gal’s got to sleep, but I’ll always come back to you quickly and at most within 24hrs if you message on a Sunday.

You mean what have you got to lose?
Just kidding. 1-1 coaching is £140-160/month - about the same as you’d spend on a taxi to town as a teen every weekend.
The variance depends on your training requirements, which will be dictated by your goals - so we’ll discuss this on our first chat.
You’ll be billed each month on the same day automatically.

Although some coaches ask for a minimum of 3 month sign up, I don’t.
If you want to see any real changes, or make proper progress toward your goals, that isn’t gonna happen within a few weeks and is going to need a good period of time and proper commitment from you.
But asking you to pay 3 months up front doesn’t sit well with me, so I just ask that you give 30 days’ notice if you’d like to leave the team, and any payments within that notice period are still due as normal.

I recommend waiting until at the very earliest, you’ve had your 6 week post-natal check, and even then, only with the nod from the experts.
Every woman’s birthing experience and recovery is completely different, so don’t rush into trying to “bounce back” if it doesn’t feel right or you don’t feel ready.
Kinda Healthy will be here when you feel like yourself and you’ve had the go-ahead from the doctor.
