Our next intake starts on Monday 12th January 2026 and runs until 23rd February (you’ll have access to the app and your plan until 24th Feb, unless you’re joining 1-1 coaching afterwards).
Last year we started the Monday after New Year and found that the first week was a bit overwhelming for those who have kids and work to go back to in the same week. So we’ll let life get back to normal, then start on the 12th, but I’ll be sending round a Kick-off document to help you get into the right mindset the week before too.

By Monday 5th Jan, everyone who’s signed up will receive their email to download and sign into the Kinda Healthy app, where you can enter your goals, tell me about yourself and upload your starting photos.
Using this, I’ll have everyone’s plans assigned by Friday 9th January so you’ve got everything you need ready to start on the Monday!

Kickstart is a 6 week program at a significantly discounted rate compared to 1-1 coaching, and no, it’s not the same.
Training programs will be personalised depending on your goal, training experience, and how often you’re aiming to train (home or gym), whereas with 1-1 coaching, I write a completely bespoke program for each person, depending on all of the above as well as what kit their specific gym has, movements they do/don’t like and lots of other variables.
I will be setting you nutrition goals, and you’ll have access to example days of eating, a nutrition kick-off document and meal inspiration to help you meet them, all within the Kinda Healthy app. Unlike with 1-1 coaching, you won’t be provided with a meal framework (some people know this as a “meal plan” but I don’t like the connotations with that), but you’ll be guided every step of the way by me, to help you actually learn about nutrition, not just be instructed, and be able to continue making progress long after Kickstart is finished.
Whereas with 1-1 coaching all check in feedback is in video format and in-depth, Kickstart weekly check-in feedback will be in written format but still detailed and all done by me, to address your own personal challenges and celebrate your wins, and explain what changes we’re making each week and why.
Think of Kickstart as the baby sister of 1-1 coaching.

We’ll have a group chat with all members of Kickstart within the Kinda Healthy app, for everyone to ask questions, share ideas, wins and for whenever a little pep talk is needed. Our 1-1 group chat is incredible and everyone is so supportive - Kickstart is no different!
If it’s something you don’t feel comfortable asking in a group setting (although trust me, it’s probably on everyone else’s mind if it’s on yours!), you can message me directly through the app and I’ll always come back to you

I’m not here to force anyone to do anything gal!
Plenty of our Kickstart members from previous intakes didn’t go to the gym, or even work out at home, as have lots of my 1-1 clients. You can make incredible progress through nutrition, learning about your body and focusing on other forms of movement that don’t have you dripping with sweat.
I set your nutrition goals based on your activity, so if you’re not a gym bunny - no bother. We can make it work for you.
Likewise, if you want to join Kickstart just for the nutrition aspect and have your own training routine already, that’s fine too.

Even better! You’ll be hard pressed to find a 6 week period any time where you have no plans at all. Everything at Kinda Healthy is based around you being able to make healthier decisions whilst also living your life.
If you wait for the perfect time to make a change, you’ll be waiting forever.
Learn how to work with your social life rather than despite it, and you’re far more likely to make long term progress that actually sticks.

Hear me out here: I don’t ever give anyone a strict meal plan, and for good reason.
Rather than being instructed on what to eat for 6 mind-numbing weeks, I’ll give you nutrition targets and example days of eating, as well as help you plan and structure balanced meals based on things you actually enjoy.
This way, you don’t have to be rigid and overly restricted, you learn to actually enjoy the food you’re eating, and you won’t be gagging for the day it ends because you’re “finally allowed a mars bar”. Which, by the way, is the main people end up yo-yo dieting for their entire lives.
If your goal is fat loss, then expecting to achieve that and eat 4 takeaways a week isn’t realistic, but observing some balance and building discipline and knowledge around nutrition is where the magic happens.

By the 5th of December you’ll receive an email to download and log into the app, tell me a little about yourself, and your program will be assigned shortly after.
No google sheets, no PDFs, definitely no AI-generated plans sent by whatsapp.
Within the app you’ll find your training program with video tutorials for every exercise, be able to track and progress your lifts, track your nutrition and have mini daily check-ins to keep you accountable and motivated throughout!

Absolutely.
6 weeks is a perfect timeframe to get your habits off the ground, have you seeing and feeling positive changes, but lots of the Kickstart members get a taste of progress and have stayed on for months (some of them are still here!) for 1-1 coaching to really accelerate their progress and become the best version of themselves.
I’ll send out a link to arrange a “What’s next” call to all Kickstart ladies towards the end of the program, where we’ll plan together for how they’ll continue making progress afterwards either on their own or joining 1-1. No pressure or obligation, but I won’t leave anyone out in the cold and risk any future yo-yoing.
